The walk from the station was filled with mouthwatering restaurants along the way, it was super convenient! The free 2 water bottles per day were a great bonus. The showering experience was mind-blowing, with a spacious bathroom that made me feel like a superstar. The city view from the public balcony was jaw-dropping, I couldn't get enough of it. They had all the basic stuff in the room, but the complimentary items like the comb, cotton swab, and face soap made it feel like they really cared. I would definitely stay here again, it was a great value!

We enjoyed the spacious bathroom in the room and appreciated the free water bottles provided daily. the location had many restaurant options nearby, making it easy to grab a bite to eat. We also found the public balcony to have a great city view.
The cleanliness issue was noticeable with dusty floors compared to other hotels we've stayed in. the distance from the main station was a bit further than expected, making it a hassle to travel back and forth for exploring the city.

As bike riders, we loved that Arietta Hotel Hakata was just a 10-minute walk from JR Hakata station. the location was convenient for exploring the city and we found plenty of restaurants in the area. the room was comfortable and new, offering more space than the typical Japanese hotel room. the highlight for us was the washroom and shower, which were both incredibly comfortable.
Felt happy, no complaints at all.

the room was spacious and comfortable, with all the basic amenities available. the bathroom, in particular, was roomy and comfortable, with complimentary toiletries available from the reception. the staff was really friendly and breakfast was delicious.
The lobby was a bit far away, which made it hard to get some immediate help.

The hotel offered comfortable and modern rooms equipped with everything you need. The bathroom was particularly impressive, with modern fittings and a great shower. The location was also a plus, with walking distance to a variety of restaurants and attractions in the area. Another great advantage was the great value for money, making it a great choice for those looking for an affordable stay.
The air conditioning was a letdown, as it didn't seem to adjust properly, and the power button was too bright for some. the hotel's proximity to train tracks may be an issue for those sensitive to noise.
